How to Create a Job Request on SnapTradie

Sign In
- Go to the Snaptradie website or app.
- Sign in using your email address and password.
- Click the “Sign In” button to access your dashboard.

Start a New Job Request
- On your dashboard, click “Create a Job Request”.

Select Job Type
- Choose the type of job (e.g., Painting).
- Click Next.

Upload a Video
- Upload a clear video showing all the areas to be painted:
- Include walls, ceilings, doors, and trims.
- Follow any provided guidelines for the best accuracy.
- Click Next.

Fill Out Job Details
- Complete the Painting Job Details Form:
- Job Title (e.g., "Interior Repainting")
- Job Description
- Type of Property (e.g., Apartment, House)
- Approximate Age of Property
- Areas Needing Painting (e.g., walls only, entire room)
- Paint Entire Area or Partial?
- Ceiling Painting Required? (Yes/No)
- Any Feature Walls? (Yes/No)
- Main Wall Color Preference
- Specific Paint Brands or Preferences
- Preferred Finish (e.g., Matte, Gloss — select all that apply)
- Who Will Supply the Paint? (You or the Contractor)
- Furniture Management (e.g., Will furniture be moved beforehand?)
- Click Next.

Upload Photos of Damaged Areas
- Add clear, well-lit photos of any damaged areas:
- Close-up shots of cracks, holes, stains, or water damage.
- Ensure the damage is clearly visible.
- Click Next.

Enter Job Address
- Provide the full address where the work needs to be done.
- Click Next.

Set Dates & Urgency
- Specify your preferred dates for the work.
- Select the urgency level (e.g., Flexible, ASAP, Within a week).
- Click Next.

Review & Submit
- Carefully review all the information entered.
- If everything is correct, click “Submit Job Request”.
